Each practice begins with a 10-15 minute warmup period, packed with simple drills to get your kids mentally and physically ready to play. From there, we’ll move into “skill development stations.” You’ll set up 2-3 drills at designated spots on the field. Then, just break your team up into 2-3 small groups, and rotate them through the stations for a set amount of time. Finally, we’ll move onto game preparation. You’ll learn a series of competitive, game-like drills that work on technical AND tactical skills. Putting your kids into the same situations you’ll see on game day. And giving your squad a huge competitive advantage.
